| Pump Basic Training |

- Course One - Pump Basics: Centrifugal and suction pump overview. Course will discuss basic design, principals, and components.
- Course Two - Pump Systems: Course will focus on explanation of total dynamic head, flow, and basic piping.
- Course Three - Pump Curves: Course will focus on - How to read a pump curve. Importance of a curve, Pump Overload, Pump Efficiency, and curve pit falls.
- Course Four - Diaphragm and progressive cavity pumps: Course will discuss basic principles, applications, and limitations of diaphragm pumps and progressive cavity pumps.
- Course Five - Metering pumps: Course will focus on metering pump design, principals, applications, and limitations.
- Course Six - Troubleshooting: Course focus will revolve around why a pump fails, corrective actions, and optimizing a pump. (This course may need to be two parts)
